this came very well packaged because the delivery company punctured a hole in the side of the box where the glass is. Luckily the sell double styrofoam wrapped this package so the puncture did not penetrate the second layer of styrofoam. very fast shipping. this is everything I wanted in a modern fireplace heater. its sleek design and overall features on the remote (color changes) sparkle and shine. my cats love it! Once I really paid attention to instructions, it wasn't that difficult to get the sparkle pieces behind the glass. Im going to buy more sparkles to add to the overall shine of the color changes. heat blows great, I have mine on its legs in front of large screen TV, looks great!Not shiny on the face area more like plastic dullI'm loving my new electric fireplace. It was a dream to install. I like that it can heatwith 750w or 1500w if need to quickly take the chill out of my bedroom. I can lay in bed and change temp, colors or shut off heater with the remote. As I can have the fireplace on with no heat in the summer for a romantic evening.I love this little fire place. The price point is great. it’s not exactly the same it doesn’t have the white separation bar across the front. Mine is black but it seems to be alright. I haven’t tested the heat feature for a full amount of time because it’s super hot here right now but we enjoy the color change of the fire and also the brightness feature. Definitely goes with our pop art theme. My niece and sister want one also so I think we might be ordering more!Works great.
