Nice unit and mobile. I have one complaint, there is no way to drain ash except lifting the entire unit and tipping it upside down to remove the ash. That's about it. But the unit, itself, does produce a nice flame with minimum smoke.For the price, this thing is great. I got the slightly smaller version. It’s completely portable. Does what it says. Any manufactures claiming to be a completely smokeless fire pit is fabricating those statements. It’s impossible. This thing does a pretty good job of reducing the smoke however. It also has very little heat underneath. I have no idea how that works but it does.I don't see the hole at the bottom for cleaning the ashes. After contacting the seller it was confirmed that the hole was removed due to safety issues. However, the pit works great, although not the best design. While the legs add to the safety of the pit when used on composite deck boards, the fire ring is never formed. It seems that the design misses the fire ring cover (like solo stove and other brands) which would be great to get the fire ring started as that would look really nice. Also, it creates quite a lot of smoke initially, but after sometime, it feels okay.The product claims to have a hole at the bottom for easy cleaning the but there no hole at the bottom.I did some shopping around before settling on this fire pit. I’m not disappointed at all, but rather very impressed at the quality of this fire pit and the accessories that come with it. It is very well made, and the price is fantastic especially considering that it comes with a stand, grill grate, lid, and heavy duty vinyl cover with carrying strap. A Solo Stove would cost more than double by the time you purchase the separate accessories. We haven’t used it yet as it is winter and quite cold right now, but hoping to use it soon! This is the one!!I have three solo stoves and love them. Thought I would try a competitor and found it nearly identical but this manufacturer offers way more for your money, it comes with a grill, a cover and feet, a clean out and handles to carry it….I’m pretty happy with this stove!This thing is by far the best bang for buck.Well made with clean look. Cooking grill and lid is a plus. The cargo cover is thick and heavy duty.Great quality. Thick double walls. Works great with shorter logs.
