We really love this fireplace. Can make an odd noise sometimes. I just love to leave the flames feature on just to look at. I would recommendthe fan did not work correctly on the first one i received, but no problem at all. i called the # on the packaging info and received a text back from customer service within a few minutes. after a couple more texts and sending them a quick video, i was told they would be shipping me a new one! this was over a month ago and i have enjoyed my little fireplace everyday since. great customer service and product.I really like this little thing! It is small, maybe smaller than I thought it would be, but the fire is very realistic looking, and the design is solid. The wood is real wood which is impressive when compared to others I looked at. The value for the money is excellent! It’s a great little addition, and it heats the small room quite well!We use this fireplace to decorate our living room area but also to supplement for more heat in this room because we spend the most time here in the winter months.Beutiful addition to the bedroom. Only wish is it had a temp controller. But still very nice and heats very well.
